Born in Washington DC to Puerto Rican parents, Roxanna Arce passion for beauty started at an early age and has grown over the years as she has dabbled in professional experiences that make her one-of-a-kind hair stylist over the past 20 years as a licensed cosmetologist, she has specialized in formal hair designing to make up artistry. Roxananna`s knowledge of skin and hair care for all ethnicities enables her appeal to any client. She has worked with fashion designers from New York and London Fashion Week as well as International Fashion Week in Amsterdam. Her list of influential clients also includes the previous presidential family. Her resume also extends to working on video shoots and independent film productions. This master stylist combines her love for hair and make-up, while building long-lasting relationships throughout the industry
